CPR/AED Vendor & Preferred Pricing Directory
The following contacts and pricing lists for Project ADAM affiliate use are listed alphabetically and include partners who demonstrate superior customer service, competitive pricing, and resources to support affiliates and their partners in enhancing school and community‑based cardiac emergency preparedness.
Project ADAM maintains a vendor‑neutral policy, and inclusion of a partner does not indicate or imply endorsement of, or preference for, any specific AED company, brand, or model. If a pricing document is not listed, affiliates may mention Project ADAM when inquiring about preferred pricing.
The Project ADAM CPR/AED Vendor & Preferred Pricing Directory includes the following partners in an easy‑to‑read format. Affiliates are encouraged to customize this list and add local partners as appropriate. Please contact the National Office if you identify any contact information that requires updating.
Sharing AED Purchasing Resources via Email
Project ADAM is committed to supporting schools and community partners by sharing information about Automated External Defibrillator (AED) purchasing options, related equipment, and known discounts while remaining vendor neutral.
When responding to AED purchasing inquiries:
- Use a standard email template. Create and save a reusable email template to streamline responses and ensure consistent messaging.
- Maintain vendor neutrality. You may include all or part of the following statement:
- “The following contacts and pricing lists for Project ADAM affiliate use are comprised of partners demonstrating superior customer service and competitive pricing and resources to all our local affiliates and their partners to enhance school and community-based cardiac emergency preparedness.”
- Share trusted vendors selectively. Include companies or contacts you have personally experienced good customer service from. You may choose to share all available options or only a few, based on what is most helpful.
- Use local discretion. You are not required to share the Project ADAM vendor list if you already have strong local vendor relationships. The listed vendors and initiatives are optional resources, not requirements.
- Include donation opportunities. Share any local nonprofit foundations, grants, or programs that help donate or subsidize AEDs.
- Highlight Heart Safe process. Always include information on your local Project ADAM Heart Safe designation process, emphasizing that an AED should be part of a broader cardiac emergency response program.

Other: AEDs for Youth Program part of Smart Heart Sports Coalition
The Smart Heart Sports Coalition is led by the NFL and Project ADAM is a coalition member. The “AEDs for Youth” program offers new automated external defibrillators (AEDs), essential accessories and device management support to all K-12 schools as well as youth sports organizations across the country at substantial discounts. Use these handouts to share the program with any local schools or sports programs. We recommend adding this to your ‘toolkit’ of AED resources to share with local schools, sports programs etc.
